All users that have purchased one of our version 5.0 backup products in the past can get an upgrade to the current version 6.0 successor product. Depending on when and where you placed your order, you can get either a free or a discounted upgrade.
Please carefully read the information provided below in order to learn if you are entitled for a free or discounted upgrade.
Who can get a free upgrade?
All customers who have purchased a version 5.0 backup product to a non-reduced price and directly via our website and not via any of our partners or resellers on or after 15 May 2018 can receive a free upgrade.
To request your free upgrade please send us an email to upgrade@zebnet.co.uk and clearly state your order ID. We cannot deal with your free upgrade request if you don't state your order ID.
Please note that it can take up to 72 hours before you will receive your free upgrade.
Who can get a discounted upgrade?
All customers who have purchased a version 5.0 backup product before 15 May 2018 can receive a discounted upgrade with a 50% discount. This also applies to all customers who have purchased a version 5.0 backup product via one of our resellers or partners on or after 15 May 2018
Furthermore, this also applies to all customers that used a discount code while placing their order on one of our websites on or after 15 May 2018.
To receive your 50% off for your upgrade, just order the desired product as usual and use discount code "UPGRADE" in your shopping cart.
Further important information:
Before requesting a free upgrade, please carefully read and check if you are entitled to get a free upgrade. Your request will be ignored and deleted if you are requesting a free upgrade but if you are not entitled for it.
How much time do I have to request an upgrade?
Every upgrade request must be made before 15 July 2018 otherwise, we can't deal with it. Every upgrade request that will be made after 15 July 2018 can't be processed and your entitlement for an upgrade either free or discounted is expired.
